I know it’s not long since I was waxing lyrical about the joys of Terre á Terre but I find myself there again in mind, body and in print. You can call it favouritism if you wish, I really don’t care. They are genuinely favourites of mine and right now they are doing so much to create great food that is also affordable they deserve yet another pat on the back, or should I say standing ovation.

Back in town
Newly single Katie Price popped into Brighton last Wednesday, fresh from clubbing in Ibiza. Katie, accompanied by pal Julie Coates (owner of the Lanes Health and Beauty) and brother Dan, grabbed a bit of lunch in Moshi Moshi where I was also having a bit of al fresco lunch. Katie seemed fine as we chatted, contrary to what the tabloids are reporting.

CV writing has to be one of the most annoying and frustrating things a person will ever have to do. For me CV writing is a real pet hate. I have never fully felt comfortable with the idea of selling myself on a piece of paper. In fact I think the whole concept is pretty weird.

Our new programme for thelatest.tv sees Juice FM presenter Guy Lloyd investigate all manner of things. He starts off with chart-topping band The Hoosiers who were mega-successful a couple of years ago, were dropped by their major label and have become fashionably independent. Their chart-topping album cost £1 million to record, their new album £100 and we reckon it's just as good. We have exclusive footage of this new record. Guy does crazy-golfing with them, checks out their sound-check and witnesses the fans' adoration of the band at Audio in Brighton.
