Here, Jessica will be showcasing her abstract and poetic paintings that are rich in imagination. Made ‘on the spot’ and commissioned by Fabrica, Frederic Geurts’ structure of delicate steel pylons that elevate a rising white curve from one end of the gallery to the other is ‘A Fine Line’. Geurts’ fascination with the dynamic properties of materials extends to finding the ‘tipping point’ – the point at which the whole piece may fall over…
Taking their cue from the current political landscape, this exhibition brings together three artists (Lee Cheneler, Gavin Frankcom and Jennifer Sinclair) who all see their creative practice as open to influence and discussion.
