» Celebcity: takes a trip to Italy

Jo is on a mission to find George Clooney and meets plenty of famous faces along the way

Chasing Clooney
I spent last week holidaying in Northern Italy alongside my hubby who was writing a travel piece for a national newspaper. I knew we would be staying in a few top hotels, but the trip turned into more of a celeb spotting mission – I had one mission however – to find George Clooney.

» Celebcity: The Maccabees and Midsomer Murders

Singin’ in the rain
This funny weather we’ve been having led to me striking it lucky the other day while having an early supper in Fratelli. I was in there enjoying my pork chop when I noticed a commotion outside in Brighton Square. The Maccabees who’d been booked by Rounder Records to play a gig in the Square were standing looking glum in a torrential downpour. Latest TV

» Brighton Lights 31

Our new programme for thelatest.tv sees Juice FM presenter Guy Lloyd investigate all manner of things. He starts off with chart-topping band The Hoosiers who were mega-successful a couple of years ago, were dropped by their major label and have become fashionably independent. Their chart-topping album cost £1 million to record, their new album £100 and we reckon it's just as good. We have exclusive footage of this new record. Guy does crazy-golfing with them, checks out their sound-check and witnesses the fans' adoration of the band at Audio in Brighton. In future shows Guy will be doing waxing, Dot Cotton, air guitar and needs your suggestions for more crazy things (or people) to do. Send to bill@thelatest.co.uk
