» Health: Drug Problem?

Cocaine Anonymous on the Twelve Steps of Recovery Program in overcoming addiction

Whilst the name Cocaine Anonymous may sound drug-specific, we wish to assure you that our program is not. Many of us did a lot of cocaine; others used only a little, and some never even tried coke.

Whether we focused on a specific substance or used whatever we could get our hands on, we had one thing in common: eventually we all reached a point where we could not stop.

Clare Brown looks at ‘lazy lipo’, pain-free weight-loss at Revitalise

Imagine getting the results of liposuction without the surgery: no pain, no needles, no down time and instant results. They say success doesn’t come easily, but with this inch-busting treatment, I beg to differ! Laser lipo, branded by some (with good reason) as ‘lazy lipo’ is a non-invasive inch-loss treatment with immediate results. This fat-melting laser system is a safe, painless and fast treatment for body contouring and has recently been featured on Supersize Vs Superskinny as a fat reduction measure that works. It has also been dubbed as “Best for Mummy Tummies” by Red magazine and “The Love Handle Liquidator” in Hello magazine.

Clare Brown of Revitalise finds Pulse yoga delivers all of the benefits of yoga and more

I thought I’d come across them all – Hatha, Sivananda, Scaravelli, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini, Bikram and Ashtanga – I was wrong! It’s the latest innovation to come from America and with only two teachers trained up in the whole of Europe, I am proud to announce that Pulse yoga is coming to Revitalise in Hove.

Pulse yoga is a new exercise paragon that applies micro movements and free weights to basic yoga postures. The sequencing of the postures allows you to flow smoothly through the routine reaping all the benefits of yoga such as flexibility, strength, balance and stamina. At the same time, repetitive pulse movements serve to strengthen, sculpt and tone the core and gluteus muscles, while the use of free weights within the postures defines the muscles of the arms and shoulders. » Brighton Lights 31

Our new programme for thelatest.tv sees Juice FM presenter Guy Lloyd investigate all manner of things. He starts off with chart-topping band The Hoosiers who were mega-successful a couple of years ago, were dropped by their major label and have become fashionably independent. Their chart-topping album cost £1 million to record, their new album £100 and we reckon it's just as good. We have exclusive footage of this new record. Guy does crazy-golfing with them, checks out their sound-check and witnesses the fans' adoration of the band at Audio in Brighton. In future shows Guy will be doing waxing, Dot Cotton, air guitar and needs your suggestions for more crazy things (or people) to do. Send to bill@thelatest.co.uk
