Get in touch with your real self & start living a more powerful & happier life

Rosylife is a way of dealing with life that is specifically catered to your individual needs. It works to make you feel comfortable about yourself and helps you manage your life more constructively. Created by Elizabeth Rose, originally to combat her own debilitating depression and low self-esteem, the Rosylife method combines proven self-help, empowering and spiritual techniques into practical everyday solutions that anyone can use.

Most of us are not taught the valuable life skills we need to live successfully and often we have to learn the ‘hard’ way through experience. But it is those very experiences that can leave you feeling stuck or trapped.

“So often I see others with great potential and dreams, who are struggling to cope,” Elizabeth says. “They are held back by their own fears and baggage from past experiences or relationships and that makes them feel really bad about themselves. But life doesn’t have to be that way; there are always ways around this.”

When you understand the reasons around certain events, you can let go of the need to keep re-living the past in your present – and once this release occurs, you are free to clear, heal and move forward.

Rosylife is a way of getting past those blocks and can quickly heal old wounds to move you on to the fresh and the new. It is a way of finding the real you inside. It is unique to your needs and centres around your life story and a progression on to a state of contented wellbeing.

Over the past 12 years, Elizabeth Rose has helped many clients to see the truth about their lives and weave small positive changes in a way that works well for them. Working with the support available at Rosylife you can get past deep personal issues to live a more peaceful and happier life.

One-to-one sessions provide a form of counselling, healing and spiritual practice to provide real solutions. It works best when applied to everyday issues like challenging relationships, low self-esteem, guilt, pressure at work, questions on life purpose, sorting out difficult family dynamics and letting go of any old wounds that hold you back.

Each month, dating coach Tammy James answers your relationship questions

I’ve been single for about 12 months and would love to meet someone, however, being a single parent of two small children I don’t know how to get back into the dating game…

Being a single parent can limit the amount of evenings you can spend in bars but it certainly doesn’t limit your chances of meeting a new partner. Before you jump straight in, consider how ready you are emotionally to start dating. You need to feel confident and resilient before you start accepting dates. See my blog for further advice http://tinyurl.com/43cqsfa
A quick search of the internet shows there are tons of groups geared towards single parents socialising with other parents and their kids. It’s a great way to expand your social circle and potentially exchange some babysitting services. Internet dating is an excellent way of meeting single people in a way you can control; be honest about your circumstances though. There are specific sites for single parents, however, don’t feel you have to limit yourself to just using those. Take it one step at a time, and I promise you’ll get there.

My boyfriend of three months used to want to see me all the time, however I’m noticing he’s arranging dates less and I feel like I do most of the running around. What do I do?

You need to see what happens if you stop arranging dates. If he becomes more forthcoming, that’s great – perhaps he was a little overwhelmed by your enthusiasm. If he doesn’t, maybe it’s time to call it a day. Many people when they start dating someone new can get so wrapped up in the excitement of dating, they forget to see whether their date is what they are looking for. As this excitement fades they are more able to see that they are not that suited. If this is the case, don’t waste your effort.

I have been with my girlfriend for two years, and I really love her. The only problem is that she’s terrible with money – she spends everything she earns, and then some. How can I make her more responsible with money?

In short, you can’t, but she can! Only your girlfriend can change her attitude to her spending. Between you, identify what money needs to be put aside to go towards things that are important as a couple , then you just have to accept that you have different views about money. Tread carefully though, as no-one likes to feel lectured.

If you have a relationship problem you’d like answering please email it to info@itsnotyouitsme.co.uk

Please note Tammy cannot enter into personal correspondence with you unless your problem is chosen for publication. Please indicate your email is from Wave.

Join Tammy on Thursday 5 May when I will be dispensing one-to-one advice at ‘Girls’ Night In’. See http://tinyurl.com/5unazj9
