» Review: Dancing At Lughnasa
To put it very simply, this is a wonderful production. Brian Friel’s modern day classic set in a small Irish village in the 1930s and centred around The Mundy family, has been brilliantly revived by The Original Theatre Company. The eight cast members oozed confidence and ability, their interaction with each other a joy to behold. The set/lighting design was breathtaking; every detail on set beautifully re-created, equal to anything the West End has to offer. It added to the honesty and integrity of the whole piece. A sumptuous piece of theatre perfection and a must see for all.
