What a thrillingly exuberant and unpretentious way to start my festival. This North African troupe of acrobatic performers delivered a thrilling and witty entertainment that delighted the audience from beginning to end, one moment provoking gasps of excitement, the next fits of giggles. Cleverly staged, it bridged the gap between circus and ballet with no pretensions, artistry meeting with athleticism in a way that put a smile on every face in the room. A word too about a clever set that was a major player in the success of this show and for the music and soundscape too.
