» Wave: Spirit Of The Millennium Festival

From complementary therapy to clairvoyancy, find it at the Spirit Of The Millennium Festival

Come and discover the biggest mind, body and spirit festival in the south of England. The well-established Spirit Of The Millennium is back on 26 September at Hove Town Hall, home to over 90 stalls offering top class mediums, clairvoyants, astrologers and colour aura photography.

It’s a blissful place where you can get the opportunity to experience a multitude of holistic and complementary therapies and meet experts in all areas of Health Care.

Talks and demonstrations are on offer throughout the day, giving you the opportunity to ask and receive the answers to all those questions you have always wanted to ask the experts in their field.

You will also find a fantastic variety of reasonably priced precious gifts to take home and cherish. Make sure you leave time to chill out in our restaurant – food will be supplied by The Healthy Eating Café (from St Ann’s Well Gardens, Hove), offering hot and cold dishes as well as a delicious patisserie.

The organisers of The Spirit Of The Millennium say: “This Festival acts as an umbrella that promotes healthy lifestyles and unites all aspects of spiritual understanding. People travel to our Festival from all over and the show is also very child-friendly. So come along and enjoy a new experience with family and friends, and discover a happier and more positive way of life.”

» Brighton Lights 31

Our new programme for thelatest.tv sees Juice FM presenter Guy Lloyd investigate all manner of things. He starts off with chart-topping band The Hoosiers who were mega-successful a couple of years ago, were dropped by their major label and have become fashionably independent. Their chart-topping album cost £1 million to record, their new album £100 and we reckon it's just as good. We have exclusive footage of this new record. Guy does crazy-golfing with them, checks out their sound-check and witnesses the fans' adoration of the band at Audio in Brighton. In future shows Guy will be doing waxing, Dot Cotton, air guitar and needs your suggestions for more crazy things (or people) to do. Send to bill@thelatest.co.uk

We love nothing better than browsing and buying arts and crafts, and there is so much going on throughout May that we’ve made it easier by bringing the Artists Open Houses to you! We have 11 special programmes, featuring artists in their own houses. So here’s your chance to go ‘through the keyhole’ so to speak as we visit the artists in their own environment.
