Albion Clinic offers the opportunity to learn more about a holistic approach

Education, education, education

A generally acknowledged wisdom when looking after yourself is that a holistic approach really looks after you on all levels. Which is why this new series of free talks from the Albion Clinic are such a gem to stumble upon. Opening this week with Jasmine Uddin, Ruth Urbanowicz, Julia Behrens and Roberta Young on Thursday 27 February discussing various techniques beneficial to sufferers of arthritis. Incorporating chiropractic techniques along with acupuncture, herbs and homoeopathy, this offers an opportunity to understand in what ways your body can benefit from these practises and how they address arthritis in particular.

Combining complimentary treatments is not a new thing, but bringing together experts in the variety of complimentary fields to explain how they all work is a piece of common sense not always available to us. To understand, with complete transparency, the ‘why’ of how something is helping you with a particular issue is an invaluable asset not just to your education, but also to your peace of mind.

The first free evening talk will be on treatments for arthritis, but future talks are available on Homoeopathy For Beginners (Thursday 27 March), Treating Autistic Children with Homoeopathy (Thursday 3 April), Anxiety Stress & Trauma (Thursday 24 April) and Assertiveness Training (Saturday 7 June – by donation) with opportunities to attend private seminars at a very reasonable fee on other health topics. Further details or dates, topics and details of those involved can be found at The Albion Clinic and its website, along with the opportunity to make private appointments with all of the clinic’s experts at your own convenience.

The Albion clinic is conveniently situated opposite St Peter’s Church, right by The Level and near to the centre of town and to Brighton Station and bus routes.
