Chaz & Dave

It is amazing the warmth that a Chaz & Dave gig generates. There was genuine love for these guys, a knowing nod to two Rock ‘n’ Roll lovers (a bit of skiffle and boogie woogie too) who ploughed a new, unrepeatable furrow; who saw highs and then relative obscurity, a novelty act from a bygone time. To the informed they were never that of course – consummate professional musicians hibernate, waiting for times and trends to change. We are now full circle. All the hits bashed out with the same vigour from yesteryear. And you could tell that they were enjoying the experience once again too. Unmissable. Gertcha.
