Errata. Planning permission has not been secured. The small exhibition filmed above previewed to 253 locals, for consultation purposes, indicated what is planned for the planning application to be submitted by Hyde Housing at the end of September.

Regrettably there are no rental units planned, just outright for sale or for shared ownership with Hyde.

Interviewed is Colin Brace, one of the site owners (who is also one of the site owners for the as yet unstarted Portzed scheme at Aldrington Basin at the Hove Lagoon end of the Port.

Further errata. There are no shops planned within the development and the office space is 100 square metres. The City Plan requires that development on this site must be ’employment led’. This small element may not be sufficiently acceptable.
