Hove field access under threat – thanks to dog foulers
A few years back hundreds of people came together to save a Hove field from developers.
And now the campaign to keep the Basvic field open to public has kick-started again, but this time it’s all over dog mess.

Not really appropriate to have loose dogs running around the field whilst there’s a secondary school and a college having PE lessons. With all the emphasis on safeguarding and preventing strangers getting into schools, having anybody walking around during lesson time, no background checks or anything, seems a bit counter-intuitive!
