Worthing teenage cyclist in hospital after hit-and-run

A teenage cyclist is in hospital after a hit and run in Worthing.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident involving a white Volkswagon golf in Durrington.

It took place in Vancouver Road, close to the junction with Montreal Way, at about 9.40pm on Monday.

The 15-year-old cyclist was taken to Worthing Hospital for treatment.
