British Airways i360: Belle Vue restaurant relaunches menu including “cost-conscious connoisseur” option

Did you know that British Airways i360 has a restaurant called the Belle Vue in our beach building, as well as the West Pier Tea Room located in a reconstruction of the original 1866 West Pier tollbooth? They are both in a lovely position with beautiful views of the sea and West Pier.

The Belle Vue restaurant, which is open all day, specialises in serving food and drink that has been grown, reared, caught or brewed in Sussex. Our Creative director Sussex chef is MasterChef: the Professionals winner, Steven Edwards.

This week we have relaunched our menu and we are delighted to launch a new Steven Edwards Set Menu aimed at the “cost-conscious connoisseur”, featuring elegant dishes inspired by seasonal local produce. This is available all day, priced £23 for two courses or £30 for three courses.

Uses the finest local seasonal ingredients

The menu will be changing every month to use the finest local seasonal ingredients and to create beautiful one-off dishes.

I’m especially excited about our first Steven Edwards Pod Supper taking place on Friday 18th November. Guests will be treated to a flight on British Airways i360 with a glass of Nyetimber in our Sky Bar followed by a three course banquet in the Belle Vue restaurant, where Steven will cook his winning menu from MasterChef: the Professionals for the guests. Steven will present each course and explain the inspiration behind his award-winning menu.
