June 2008: contrary to the ‘doom and gloom‘ being reported each month in the housing market, there are pockets of ‘good news’. Hamptons Brighton and Hove has reported excellent sales figures for May with some outstanding individual achievements from the team.

The most impressive result for the month was the sale of a property in Medina Terrace, Hove. The property was only on the market for six weeks before an offer was forthcoming and eight days after the offer was accepted, contracts were exchanged.

This would be considered an excellent result in any market place. All viewers of the property came from London, emphasising now more than ever, that an agent with a strong presence in the capital and a large network of offices filtering buyers through, is essential.
