Crosby and Moore Solicitors

Crosby and Moore Solicitors are pleased to announce the arrival of Clare Johnson who has joined as a partner and head of the property department. Clare has been a qualified solicitor for seven years. Prior to moving to Brighton and Hove four years ago, Clare worked at a firm in London and West Sussex.
On moving here, Clare joined a local firm where she was promoted to head of department. So what will Clare bring to Crosby and Moore in 2009?
Clare Johnson
“I have been given a great opportunity to continue my proven success at getting Brighton and Hove residents moving quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price,” she says. Would she have any advice for people thinking about moving home in the current climate? “We are lucky in Brighton and Hove to have a large choice of very experienced and professional estate agents who, alongside myself, can guarantee the process will be as pain-free as possible,” she answers. Buying a house is the biggest purchase anyone will make in their lifetime and therefore I would advise that a qualified Solicitor is always used.” Clare can assist in: buying; transfer of equity; selling right-to-buys; remortgages; lease extensions/variations; HIPs; and all residential property work.
