It was my wife’s idea. Join a running class. I think she’s hinting at something. It’s a six-week class ending in a 10k run. I tentatively said I was considering it, and next thing I’m getting a phone call from the trainer. He says to get there early on the first Sunday so he can ‘see my running technique’.
