Chatfield Close Show Home: Oakley & Gold Developments working together 

Oakley Property are thrilled to be opening the doors on an amazing new show home within their latest new homes project at Chatfield Close, Cooksbridge.

There is some history to the village as it is believed it took its name from the Cooks who fed the soldiers of Simon de Montfort from the bridge on their way to the battle of Lewes in 1264. The troops came from nearby Fletching, where they spent the night in prayer on their way to defeat King Henry III.
