Friends of the Earth on Phase Three of the Valley Gardens development.

At the centre of the city the Valley Gardens project has attracted both positive and negative reactions from the public and decision makers, and as the consultation for Phase Three draws to a close, we invited Chris Todd from Brighton and Hove Friends of the Earth for his view.
