» Health: Win a pamper package at Beautique Brighton + 25% off

Zara Baker indulges in pre-party pampering at Beautique Brighton plus a chance for readers to win

Beautique Brighton is a haven of luxury in the middle of the bustling lanes. I went along to meet Sarah Asgari, who manages the close-knit team at Beautique. Their treatment list is extensive, and while most customers may pop along for a St Tropez spray tan, massage or waxing, there are plenty of services to draw in clients. All treatments can be arranged in an individual package with some great deals available.
A visit is perfect for the festive party season ahead, with treatments available from top to toe. I met Sandie Stockham, an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Brighton Laser Clinic to find ways to rejuvenate and rescue the skin from environmental damage, particularly from the winter weather. The result? Soft, supple and fresh faced.

» Health: Laser Lipo explained

Zara Baker looks at Laser Lipo as a way to lose inches before the Christmas excess

As the temperature drops, many of us instantly crave comfort food. Home-made stews, pies and crumbles fill the sun-sized hole November left behind. Then there’s the inevitable food excess over Christmas. The shape we worked hard for over the summer months deteriorates. It’s a cycle many of us are familiar with. We know that what we ate to get slim is what’s needed to stay slim. In other words, a low-fat, high-fibre diet. If your body is need of some help with winter weight loss, here’s a new method taking off in the UK that will help you achieve a toned, svelte figure.
