About

Latest Homes magazine is a free weekly, full colour publication available at over 1000 outlets across the south of England featuring stylish editorial and a huge property listings section with a readership of over 100,000 per week. The magazine comes with Latest 7, the weekly entertainment & fashion guide, complete with TV listings. We are far and away the most successful media organisation in Brighton, appealing to 18 year old clubbers and 50+ homebuyers alike, with our core audience being the 18-40 age group. In surveys conducted by Business Blueprint and the University of Brighton, 83% of residents regularly read Latest Homes / Latest 7 making it the most poular magazine in the area.
We started our magazine 9 years ago in partnership with local estate agents, several of whom are small shareholders in our business. All the estate agents advertise within the magazine, sections include New Homes and Overseas Property and our popular “Dream Home” feature which invites readers into some of the best homes in the South. We work closely with the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association and are involved in their annual awards event, the society occasion of the year, which provides excellent branding opportunities. We also sponsor large Brighton events every year such as the Brighton Festival and Festival Fringe, the Brighton Hip Hop Festival, the Latest Awards Show, the Artists Open Houses, the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival, the University of Sussex & University of Brighton student unions and many other events.
Latesthomes.co.uk: Our property search website

Our property search website, latesthomes.co.uk, leads the way for finding your ideal home in the Brighton & Sussex area with over 200,000 pages viewed every month. 42% of these visitors come directly from our strong advertising and branding, supported by our own print publications and 30% from leading search engine Google. Searching for ‘latest homes‘ in Google shows us at number one. We also get first page results for ‘homes in Brighton‘, ‘buy house in Brighton‘ & ‘Brighton property‘.
There’s more…
Latest Homes / Latest 7 coined the phrase “Celebcity” to describe Brighton, which is now used by everyone in the media. It is still one of the most popular pages in our magazine, written by Jo Brooks, who knows more about celebrity than we do about property magazines.
Over the years, we have interviewed every celebrity worth knowing in Brighton & Hove, our previous columnists include Julie Burchill, Norman Cook & Chris Eubank. Our magazine has the only famous columnists in Brighton.
We also coined the phrase ‘Millionaires’ Row’ to describe the start studded street of seafront homes where Paul McCartney, Norman Cook, Zoe Ball & Nick Berry reside, with Nick Cave & Steve Coogan nearby. The Post Office now gets letters to our invented street name!
