Budding entrepreneur wins £50,000 thanks to Young Start-Up Talent

A budding entrepreneur has scooped £50,000 of support towards developing her business idea thanks to Young Start-Up Talent.

The project is a social enterprise that inspires 16-25 year olds to start their first business.

Over the course of nine months, hundreds from across the region pitched their ideas to professionals in the hope of winning the prize.

After being whittled down, the finalists were then subjected to a Dragon’s Den style grilling before the winner was announced at a special event at Brighton Racecourse.

After much discussion, it was deemed that all five finalists were worthy winners – as their business models were all feasible in the real world.

But it was Natalie Evans, and her company 42 Juice, which was deemed worthy of the support.
