Milton Jones – On The Road 2013

Milton Jones is always a comedic gem to behold. Beautifully clever with a skewed logic that defies belief, he is the Mad Hatter that guides us through a Wonderland of the silly and articulate with a very British charm. Opening the show in character as his own grandfather, Milton draws us in with a spot of audience interaction that made the three tiered Theatre Royal suddenly an intimate arrangement. Comedy without malice and as tight and seriously enticingly otherworldly as Spider-Man’s leotard, Milton Jones sets the bar high in proving that a comedian could be both accessible to many and still without compromise. Sharp as a long-whittled stick.
