Comedy: The Noise Next Door: Alternative Valentine’s Day Comedy Lock-In

The improv boys celebrate a very special lock-in with Daniel Sloss and Zoe Lyons as special guests

Whether you’re on a date or a night out with pals and simply want to laugh a lot, the line-up at The Noise Next Door’s Alternative Valentine’s Day Comedy Lock-In is a tempting prospect this Thursday. Formatted so as to include not only the fivesome’s impressive improvisational skills, using their fast-paced templates to create comedy inspired by the audience’s suggestions, but also some of the best comics on the live circuit performing thier material and then joining in with the improv games, this is a unique and high energy format that provides plenty of laughs all night.

Promising to get ‘all loved up’, the smartly dressed and brightly tied chaps play host to Daniel Sloss and Zoe Lyons as this week’s guests, as well as special guest band Rayguns Look Real Enough.

Daniel will be familiar to frequent viewers of Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Mock The Week, and is seen as one of the circuit’s fastest rising stars, having already recorded a pilot for his own TV show and released one of last Christmas’ fastest selling DVDs.

Zoe is a familiar face to Brighton comedy fans, playing host to the monthly Bent Double, but you’ll also recognise her from her own telly stints, including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Mock The Week.

Finally, the surprise guests – Rayguns Look Real Enough, who count Chesney Hawkes and Steve-O from Jackass amongst their fans and who, it is promised, really have to be seen to be believed.
With a special dinner offer for the evening an option, or simply show tickets available too, this is well worth investigating to put your own twist on the Valentine’s night decision.

The Noise Next Door: Alternative Valentine’s Day Comedy Lock-In, Komedia, Thursday 14 February, 8pm, £37 (full meal), £15/12.
