Churchill Square to host free shoe giveaway

Churchill square is giving all shoe-lovers a chance for a ‘Cinderella’ moment this week at their event ‘If The Shoe Fits’

Brighton shoppers will have the opportunity to bag a free pair of designer shoes if they match the size. From 12pm on Thursday 4 April the lower ground floor of the mall will house a giant wall full of hidden shoe boxes, ready for the contestants.

The event holds a simple system, potential winners must pick a number from the wall, try on the corresponding pair and if they fit then the shoes are theirs. From 5pm on the Thursday, the evening will be brightened up by a special late night shopper evening. The night will include live music, competitions and a complimentary mixology cocktail bar to indulge in whilst you enjoy your shop. The Friday special begins at 11am and ends at 5pm.

Centre Director, Tina Dallorzo said,

“If The Shoe Fits will be a really fun and engaging evening for our customers and what’s more, it’s absolutely free. I think the evening will bring out the Imelda Marcos in all of us!”

The event is expected to be very popular due to the range of styles on offer from River Island to the star brand of Jimmy Choo. To symbolise the event a giant Stilleto will be placed in Brighton which should bring plenty of photo opportunities for passers by.
