Greener homes in Brighton & Hove

With the price of energy rising relentlessly and winter heating bills arriving, the freezing weather brings home the real cost of lighting and heating a home, this change in awareness is not surprising.

Buying a new home is one way of ensuring you have the lowest carbon emissions and lower heating bills as they are built to ever increasing sustainability standards to maximise the benefits of modern building technologies. The Green city council has set high standards for new build homes, which, whilst costing more to construct, offer savings over future years to homeowners by lowering their fuel bills.

New management at Maslen Estate Agents Woodingdean Office
