Beardyman: One Album Per Hour

Live improvised productions are always risky, it is this same risk that makes these shows so thrilling. The performer is at the whim of the often incohesive audience with only their wit, nerve and faith to sustain them. Thus was so for Beardyman. A great performer; relaxed yet excitable, talented but humble, engaged and engaging. As the owner and operator of an accomplished oesophagus, he is a beatboxer in a whole different league. Between the technical glitches and duff audience suggestions this particular show was a 3 1/2 star affair, I know he can do better, I have seen it.
