Blue plaques unveiled at Brighton Station in tribute to railway architects

Two blue plaques celebrating Brighton Station’s architect David Mocatta and railway signalling pioneer John Saxby have been unveiled.

Denise Cobb, deputy mayor of Brighton and Hove, was present at the unveiling which took place on Friday (August 8).

The two plaques can both now be seen at Brighton Station at the entrance to the concourse.
