Resident parking zone plans back on table for Brighton neighbourhood

Parking is at a premium across Brighton and Hove.

But nowhere is there as much tension than in the neighbourhood of Hanover.

Every day commuters and residents battle it out to leave their vehicles in the unrestricted streets in the area known as muesli mountain.

Locals have rejected plans to controlled parking zones twice.

But with Brighton and Hove City Council agreeing to look at the plans again next year, could residents be about to make a U-turn in their opposition?
