Man behind Parliament remembered for contribution to Hove

He is more well known as the man who designed the Houses of Parliament.

But Charles Carry cut his teeth on the south coast. And his contribution to Brighton and Hove has been marked with the unveiling of a blue plaque outside St Andrew’s Church in Waterloo Street.
