Chin up, Adele
According to The Sun, multi-platinum selling, Grammy/Oscar/BRIT award-winning genius artiste Adele has turned to ‘the fat dancer from Take That’, Robbie Williams, to cheer her up, amid rumours of a split from her husband Simon Konecki.
The release of the Brighton-based singer’s hotly anticipated third album has also been delayed. We send you love from Brighton Adele, and hope you’ll soon be back for good in our fair city.
25 years of Pride
Brighton Pride is back and it’s bigger than ever! This year the UK’s biggest and best Pride event celebrates the 25th Anniversary of Pride in our City and in recognition of this milestone, organisers have announced the 2015 theme as ‘Carnival of diversity’.
Organisers have said that this theme “will encompass everything that has become iconic about the diverse, creative and open-minded community that makes Brighton and Hove internationally famous.” Pride is the most popular visitor attraction in the City’s event calendar and in 2014 it smashed previous fundraising targets, raising over £65,000 for The Rainbow Fund.
After such an amazing year, it is no surprise that Pride won the 2014 Sussex Life magazine Tourism Ambassador Award. Check out www.brightonpride.org for more news …
