arson 2A rough sleeper suffered burns to his feet and legs after arsonists torched his sleeping bag.

999 crews were called to Cotswold Outdoor shop in Western Road in the early hours of Monday after reports of cardboard being set on fire.

A few hours later, paramedics treated a man in London Road who claimed he had suffered burns in the incident.

The 39-year-old victim was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, to be treated for his injuries.
