Show Description
Argus Angel award winners with brightonirish.co.uk present a love story set between Shannon Harbour and a Royal Flying Corps base in France. It explores the background to the 1916 Easter Rising in Ireland and the exploits of 3 Irish air aces in WW1 including aerial action. The catholic receptionist in The Grand Canal Hotel and a protestant air ace fall in love. Her father is not amused! We meet local characters from ‘The Harbour’ storytelling and singing, plus music hall acts from the RFC Aces.
