Celebcity with Jo Brooks: Third time lucky?

Katie Price feeds the love, Adele retires for love, Annie Morris feels lost & Rizzle Kick lose their hair

Katie Price, son Harvey and boyfriend Leandro were spotted dining in Donatello restaurant last Saturday. There has been lots of gossip surrounding the on-again off-again couple recently, with some reports even suggesting that Leandro is keen to make Katie his wife! The romantic setting certainly suggests so; Donatello was the site of three proposals on Valentine’s Day, with each one being successful. Maybe Leonardo should get Katie’s next pizza here with a ‘side of proposal’; there might be a chance she’ll actually agree this time!

The music stops
So Adele can’t resist the charms of Brightonian boyfriend Simon Konecki, vowing to give up music for five years to concentrate on her career. Hot on the heels of winning six Grammy awards, Adele announced she would take a break from the limelight in order to concentrate on her career. That’s not much help to us then, Konecki! The star then took to Twitter saying it would be more like five days away! Let’s hope Simon brings Adele down to the sunny seaside for a bit of musical inspiration.

Loss leader
We were lucky enough to join the likes of Sophie Dahl and actress Rosamund Pike at the latest private view held at Pertwee Anderson & Gold Gallery in Soho. The intimate space was packed full with fashionistas and art aficionados who had come to see Annie Morris’ latest collection called ‘There is a Land Called Loss’. The artist has developed a star-studded following since collaborating with Burberry’s Christopher Bailey on an exclusive ball gown made entirely of pegs!

Cut and dried
It’s good to know that Rizzle Kick’s Harley hasn’t let their demanding schedule get in the way of his pamper and groom sessions. He was filmed last week having his haircut at Trafalgar’s Barber Shop in Brighton while playing on the new PlayStation console. The film will be shown as a short taster of ‘A Day in the Life of RizzleKicks’ at this year’s Brit Awards. Pictured from left are David Banks, Gary Smith, Harley and Rob Anderson.

Spotted!
Ronnie Corbett attending the final night’s performance of the the fantastic Little Shop Of Horrors at Blatchington Mill School, being very gracious surrounded by fans of all ages.
X Factor runner up Amelia Lily doing a spot of shopping in Churchill Square. The self-titled ‘Comeback Kid’ looked relaxed as she strolled around the city centre with excited hoards of teenagers in tow. She later tweeted: ‘Had a lovely time in Brighton! Sad to be going home to london! But early start for rehearsels [sic] tomorrow!’
