Take the open day trail: Mishon Mackay New Homes welcomes in the new year

Mishon Mackay New Homes is welcoming in the new year in style, with an extravaganza of an Open Day on Saturday 21st January. “With prices from £190,000 to £2,000,000 we want buyers to see what a fantastic range of new homes is available”, says sales manager Sara Van Loock “and our ‘Take The Trail’ days allow buyers to view everything in one day.”

Each site will be staffed by a skilled member of the Mishon Mackay New Homes sales team – and there will be a special incentive: for any reservations made before the end of January Mishon Mackay New Homes will offer an interior design package, worth £500, on completion.

Silver Birch Close, close to Hove’s Rowan Avenue, will launch from 10am to 1pm. These beautifully spacious 4-bedroom family homes start at £480,000. Icon in Hove’s Montefiore Road will open from 10am to 12, with three luxury apartments still available, and Azure in Rottingdean will be open from 10am to 11, showing the luxury penthouse and sub-penthouse, both with sensational sea views.

The trail continues in the afternoon, with the penthouse at Innings House in Hove’s Palmeira Avenue open from 12.30 to 1.30pm and the beautiful development at Hill Brow, Hove, also open from 12.30 to 1.30pm.

Off-plan details will also be available for developments under construction. Buyers can come to Mishon Mackay’s Rottingdean office from 11am to 12 for plans of 16/16a South Coast Road Peacehaven, and to Mishon Mackay’s Portslade office from 1pm to 2pm for details of Symbister Road, the house at Icon in Montefiore road and the two detached family homes at Vizion at Withdean Road.
