A Little Murder Never Hurt Anybody

25 years ago Ron Bernas wanted to create a ‘silly’ 1930s-style play. In achieving this he has won acclaim around the world for many successful Am-Dram productions. Alas, it hasn’t dated well or hasn’t crossed the Atlantic without harm. This slick show has all the high production values we expect of Brighton Little Theatre and the farce on stage serves the script well. However, when the cast face the audience to wail that they don’t know what is going on or admit that they can’t understand what on earth has just been said, it rang just a bit too true.
