Today the Conservatives could take control of the Council in a crunch vote. On a crucial day for the city, Mark Walker speaks to the former Labour Party Leader of the Council, Warren Morgan, about him leaving the Labour Group to  become an independent and about his time leading Brighton and Hove City Council.
