The new film from aviation specialist Strike Force Entertainment reveals a fascinating insight into the British Space Programme, which up until now, has remained relatively unknown. The documentary celebrates three major rocket projects of the ‘60s, each of which were cancelled and would later be seen as a national scandal.
Featuring The Blue Streak, and The Black Knight, which was first designed in 1955 as a British launch vehicle to test and the design of the re-entry vehicle for the Blue Streak missile. The DVD also relives the successful Black Arrow launch, which orbited the Prospero satellite.
