Corrie, Peaky & Piaf
Great news for Brightonians this autumn with the return of the hugely successful PierFest on the beautiful Brighton Palace Pier. Amongst this years offerings we are delighted to announce that star of TV’s Coronation Street, Jamie Kenna, will be performing, not as the much abused Phill Whittaker, what a ratbag that Fizz was, but displaying his vocal talents honed in musicals on the west end stage. Jamie is also appearing in a new Latest TV film about the cheeky chappie Max Miller. Jamie will joined on stage by some of his west end friends in Horatio’s on Brighton Palace Pier on the 8th and 9th of October for his show Do You Know Who I Think I am.
One of the hits of PierFest last year was Andrew Farr’s magnificent portrayal of Edith Piaf in a show that tells her painful story and includes many of her legendary songs. Farr brings the French chanteuse to life in the most extraordinary way that had the audience both laughing and crying too. Andrew Farr’s show has been greeted nationally to great acclaim and we are delighted to welcome him back on October 16 to Horatio’s on Brighton Palace Pier.
