The Great Escape – Africa Express Sound System

It was absolutely amazing to have so many different music styles blended together – a totally unique experience. Africa Express Sound System bring together a selection of some of the world’s best musicians. This review doesn’t allow enough words for me to name all involved in the night’s performance, here’s a taster to give you some idea of the caliber; singers Mim Suleiman, Shingai Shoniwa (Noisettes), rapper and producer M3NSA, musical director Jesse Hackett (Gorillaz). My only wish was that it could’ve carried on for longer.
