Phenomenal Fund Raiser
If you have been keeping up with our amazing TV series Phenomenal Happenings then you will already be aware of how many amazing organisations are peppered across the region making things happen. But without community help nothing happens.
Culture Connect Project are certainly doing something by holding a fundraising talent show at The Marine Workshops in Newhaven on Saturday the 6th of October from 6-9pm.
It’s for all ages, so schools, community groups etc and all talents are welcome – dance, comedy, music, poetry, spoken word. They still have some performer slots available so if this is for you then why not apply.
Or simply go along to watch, there will be free food from Mamoosh, Kombucha and healthy soft drinks with help from Lewes District Food Partnership.
Tickets are on a pay as you feel donation basis, and all monies raised will help with the Ghana projects, sending the shoebox appeals and donation boxes to the orphanage and girls project.
