Steam on the Beach: The Brighton Sauna Festival Experience

The British Sauna Society is launching the UK’s first major beach-based sauna festival, bringing 25 unique “hot boxes” to Brighton’s coast from May 29th to 31st. Organizers Fay MacDonald and Mel Sramek-Bennett explain how the event combines traditional wood-fired saunas, multi-sensory rituals and DJ sets, to create a community-focused retreat for mental and physical wellness.
