Light Bites: Interim Table with Chris Bailey
Interim Table is the latest pop up night by Chris Bailey, previously of the Michelin starred Black Rat in Winchester
The Interim Table is a project set up by Chris to serve an intimate number of guests in a unique private residence in central Brighton. Guests will be treated to stiffener and bites followed by a multi-course seasonal tasting menu using the best produce from land and sea, foraged and farmed. There will also be a few unique twists and techniques along the way.
The meal will be served on a long, communal table kitchen-side, giving a unique view of everything coming together on the stoves and served by the chefs themselves.
Food in season include: artichoke, mackerel, wood pigeon, wild mushrooms, duck, bonfire chestnuts, scallops, truffles, crab, chard, oyster, quince, nettles, meadow sweet, sea kale, squid, venison, squash, and many more…
This multi-course seasonal tasting menu night at an exclusive Brighton residence in Sillwood Road is for a limited number of guests. The menu is created from the finest seasonal ingredients at their peak, with a modern take.
