Russell Kane – Posturing Delivery

Russell Kane focused his neurotic energy on the differences between middle class and working class, dividing his Brighton audience as liberal vs. Guardian readers. One half of his persona was reminiscent of Stewie from Family Guy through voice and mannerisms, and he even referenced himself as “familiar to another famous Russell”.

Although that Russell has a reputation as a roaming lothario, this heterosexual Russell was talking about how much he wanted to settle and become a father, using imaginary baby Ivan as his focal point. As Russell unashamedly delved into areas of manhood that most men may shy away from, his stimulating and scatterbrain topics left everyone crying with laughter.
