Brighton and Hove voting for first Sussex police commissioner

Voting is under way across Brighton and Hove in the first elections for a police and crime commissioner for Sussex.
Five candidates are standing for the post which replaces the 17-member Sussex Police Authority although the new commissioner will be supported by a panel.
The five candidates are
Tony Armstrong, UK Independence Party
Katy Bourne, Conservative
Ian Chisnall, Independent
Godfrey Daniel, Labour
David Rogers, Liberal Democrat
Voters can choose a first choice and second choice candidate, with polling stations open from 7am until 10pm.
