The UK’s first “hot spot” buy-to-let road show has been successfully launched and is on its way to Brighton’s Thistle Hotel in June
The Landlord & Property Investment Show provides an excellent and unique service for landlords, prospective landlords, management companies, letting agents, investors, developers and property service providers.
Tenants History have launched the first Landlord & Property Investment Road Shows in the UK and will be visiting five “hot spot” buy-to-let areas.
Their first event was on Thursday 16 May in Surrey and was a huge success. Over 300 visitors including landlords and property professionals attended the show, taking advantage of free seminars delivered by leading industry experts.
This event will be great for Brighton and Hove bringing together landlords, investors and professional property services all under one roof! Come along and take advantage of the wealth of experience, advice, service providers and exhibitors that will be there to help.
Tracey Hanbury, director of Tenants History explains why the Landlord & Property Investment Road Shows were launched: “As Landlords ourselves we started our journey 12 years ago and purchased our first H.M.O. When we started there was no real service out there that was able to point us in the right direction as to where a good investment area was, what were the latest developments on offer and what the future plans were for an area in terms of employment, transport and retail developments.
“With the buy-to-let market rising and so many embarking on becoming landlords, our shows can give them all the information on why it’s a great time to invest in that “hot spot” area. These shows are very unique and will save landlords a lot of time, effort and cost. “We are providing a full service solution, where you can find out what opportunities are available in each of these areas, meet with professional property services who can help you grow and retain your investments and get free expert advice from our selected speakers and seminars!”
