Latest People: Pride 2013, Word Up and Brighton Big Screen

Proud to film Pride
Latest TV were proud to film the exclusive coverage of Pride 2013 recently.  With a crew of 21 people and 12 cameras covering the seafront, the Parade and the Party In The Park, Latest TV captured some amazing footage of fine performances from Alison Moyet, Paloma Faith, Miss Dynamite, boy band Class A, and MKS (the original Sugababes) alongside other greats acts from the main tent.  Our roving reporters also covered the Women’s Performance Tent headlined by Lucy Spraggan.  The film was produced and directed by Andy Nicholls of Latest TV and a great time was had by all!

Word Up
On 1 August, Ink_d Gallery saw the launch of ‘Word Up’, a solo show of words and lyrics art by Ryan Callanan.

Specially for this show, Ryan contacted some of his musical heroes – indie Gods Kasabian and Dance royalty Norman Cook – to turn some of their lyrics into artwork, and both artists countersigned the finished pieces.

‘Word Up’ will be open to the public on 2 August and runs till 26 August. For more info: www.ink-d.co.uk
