Marine Life: Brighton Marina’s Kirsty Pollard on an Italian market

Medfood London Italian Market is innovative and authentic and will be in residence over the Bank Holiday weekend. Comprising of a number of mouth-watering stalls bringing you the wonderful tastes you would expect to sample in Italy: parmigiano reggiano, salami, cannoli, ciabatta flavoured breads, nougats, biscuits, nuts, packed pastas, olives, extra virgin olive oils and much more. Identifiable by the striking red, white and green stalls and decorated with flags, this attractive and vibrant trading place is guaranteed to tantalise the taste buds.

Originally started as a business operated by two brothers, preparing Mediterranean food during the evenings and selling them during the day, this is now a successful rapidly growing company. Medfood London participate in large food festivals and trade shows such as Grand Designs, BBC Good Food Show and the Ideal Home Show, as well as over 300 other exhibitions across UK and Ireland. They can also often be seen within the UK’s top shopping centres and town and city centre locations.
