Hanover Osteopaths can help to heal your aches & ailments, whatever your age
Hanover Osteopaths is a local, friendly osteopathic practice run by Principle Osteopath Jasmina Cordal, with
Associate Osteopath Claire Fitchie. There are two practices; one in Hanover, Brighton and also one in the Face Facts clinic in Shoreham, with flexible availability for appointments including evenings at both branches, with parking available.
Osteopathy is a type of manual therapy which focuses on the muscular skeletal system with the aim to encourage the body to heal itself. They treat all ages from newborn to elderly, for a wide variety of aches and pains or diagnosed conditions such as: arthritis, headaches, disc related problems, nerve pain e.g. Sciatica, pregnancy related aches and pains, tennis elbow and neck pain, to name a few.
Hanover Osteopaths use a range of techniques to treat the affected area and subsequent compensations or strains which occur through the whole body. They practise Cranial Osteopathy which is a more gentle treatment method predominantly used for babies and children. They also give advice on improving posture by using specific exercises, stretching or possible lifestyle changes.
