Roy Ayers

Jazz musician Roy Ayers was a sell-out; the place was full to brimming with people crowding in to see one of the most sampled legends in jazz history perform in this intimate venue. Roy Ayers has still got what it takes to wow an audience and this was proved once again last night, and when he sang ‘Everybody Loves The Sunshine’, released in 1976, there were whoops of delight from the throng ringing in the air. Not for nothing has he been called the king of vibes. This was an amazing night.
